Program Description:

Regis University's MBA degree with a specialization in Strategic Management is designed to identify, formulate, and manage strategy and strategic change. Managers in a strategically-focused company must understand how their role fits into the organization and ultimately, how they can work toward an overall company strategy. This specialization helps students understand the importance of defining a corporate strategy, managing strategically, and change management.
