Program Description:
We offer you the opportunity to explore your research interests in collaboration with acclaimed scientists in our department, across Queen’s and at other institutions. You will work in world-class, locally-based research facilities including the Fuel Cell Research Centre (in collaboration with the Royal Military College of Canada), the Human Mobility Research Centre and the Advanced Polymeric Materials Characterization facility.
Our department is big enough to ensure breadth of research activities while fostering a cohesive learning environment.
While we emphasize and encourage collaboration with other researchers across the University our research activity is focused on our approved fields of study: Biochemical Engineering, Polymers & Reaction Chemistry and Process Systems Engineering.

Eligibility Requirements:
* Master’s: Upper Class standing in an undergraduate program (We accept candidates from programs other than engineering.)
* Ph.D.: Completion of Master’s degree unless promoted
International Student Requirements:
as per domestic but proof of English language proficiency also required
