The 50-credit (45 credit course work + 5 credit Thesis) MS in Facilities Management prepares students to assume excecutive responsibilities in the management of facilities and equipment and to ensue a quality environment. Graduates are able to appraise equipment as assets, plan cost-effective investments with knowledge of global and local issues in contemporary facilities management using innovative approaches to sustainable practices, emerging technologies and ethical values distinguish program alumni.
