Wireless telecommunication has experienced remarkable growth since the introduction of cellular telephones. With the emergence of Personal Communication Services (PCS), wireless LANs, wireless local loops, and the wireless intranet, the rate of expansion shows no signs of slowing.
The ME in Wireless Innovation program — specifically structured for working professionals — is designed to meet the need for highly trained specialists in the field. Our curriculum addresses the most relevant and complex issues affecting the wireless industry today. We arm you with the technological and business strategies to turn ideas into innovation. This is the very heart of NYU-Poly’s philosophy of invention, innovation, and entrepreneurship — what we call i2e.
The program is highlighted by its interdisciplinary approach. We offer an assortment of core and elective courses from 3 different departments covering everything from coding theory and network security to marketing and innovation management. We want to place you at the forefront of the wireless telecommunication industry without slowing you down. Our program’s part-time evening schedule ensures minimal interference with your workday responsibilities. Many of the courses required to complete this degree are also available online.
