Program Description:

The MBA for mid-career professionals is designed to be practical and relevant for today's managers. The 52-unit program provides a rigorous assimilation of all business disciplines and encourages the practical application of business theory in the workplace. Faculty members have excellent academic credentials and real-world business expertise to increase the relevance of the learning experience. Small classes of about 22 students facilitate interaction, discussion, and teamwork. Classes meet in the evening and on weekends to accommodate students' full-time careers. The MBA program is offered at Pepperdine campuses in Westlake Village, Encino, Culver City, Long Beach, Irvine, and Pasadena. At each location students have access to full-scale educational services - executive-style classrooms, faculty offices,computer labs, and reference facilities.
