The master of professional studies in information sciences is an innovative online degree program. It is designed for professionals and organizational leaders who want to take on greater responsibilities related to information technology and for persons who want to transition into a career that uses information sciences to support decision making. Information Assurance and Decision Support -- Courses specific to information assurance and decision support are combined with foundational courses creating a well rounded curriculum. The master’s in information sciences is ideal for individuals who want to focus on information analysis, cyber security, information science training, and decision support.

Graduates can work in various occupations, including intel analysis, information assurance engineering, catastrophe risk analysis, computer systems security analysis, information security/digital forensics, and systems integration.
