Program Description:
The Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology is fully accredited by the American Psychological Association and approved by the Pennsylvania Board of Psychologist Examiners. This degree program is designed to train counseling psychologists in a multiculturally infused scientist-practitioner model. Graduates of this program are automatically entitled to sit for the psychology licensure examination in Pennsylvania and in most other states.

International Student Requirements:
International applicants whose first language is not English or who have not received a baccalaureate or master’s degree from an institution in which the language of instruction is English must submit a TOEFL score of 550 (paper test), a score of 213 (computer-based test), a total score of 80 with a 20 on the speaking section (internet-based test), or a minimum composite score of 6.5 on the IELTS.
