Program Description:

The Hauptmann School offers the Master of Public Affairs (M.P.A.) degree to build the knowledge base, decision-making capability, critical thinking, and governing expertise of managers and leaders in government, business, industry and the nonprofit sector. We expect our graduates to promote rationality, responsibility, and responsiveness in their organizations within a framework of the highest ethical values.
