Program Information
Degree Offered
M.A. in Leadership and Organizational Psychology
Format: Online
Program Description:
In today’s world, leaders cannot just tell people what to do and expect them to do it. Rather they need to inspire people, which means leadership in its very nature requires psychological awareness.
The Leadership and Organizational Psychology program is designed for people who want to make a positive difference in the world and in doing so understand that, as Gandhi advised, THEY must be the change they want to see. The program prepares students to become, or enhance their effectiveness, as leaders and/or as leadership and organizational development professionals.
Students in the M.A. Leadership and Organizational Psychology program are part of a unique online cohort that come together with occasional residential visits to Pacifica's campus located in Santa Barbara, California. During these residential visits students will have the opportunity to engage in a traditional higher education setting, with lectures, presentations, and one on one interaction with their fellow cohort members and faculty.
