An increasing degree of managerial decisions are affected by a broad range of federal, state, and local laws. Transcending most commercial activities are those laws, particularly federal, which stem from the power of the government to levy taxes. The complexity of these laws has produced a need for technically qualified specialists to guide and counsel management. Lubin's MBA in Taxation prepares students to be specialists in this area.
