Program Description:

The MBA in Human Resources Management program prepares students for professional positions in human resource management as functional or staff specialists. Functional specializations include: recruitment, selection, training and development, job evaluation, performance assessment, and compensation administration. Staff specialists coordinate or perform many of these functions in a centralized structure or for departments in large companies.

National Accreditation - Pace University is chartered by the Regents of the State of New York and accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. AACSB Accreditation - The Lubin School's baccalaureate, master's and doctoral degree programs in business, as well as the accounting program, are accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the premier accrediting organization for business schools in the world. Fewer than three percent of business schools internationally have this dual accreditation from AACSB.Memberships - The Lubin School is also an active member in the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), and the Latin American Council of Schools of Business Administration (CLADEA).

Eligibility Requirements:

A U.S. bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree from a foreign school is the preferred undergraduate degree requirement for admission into the program. In addition to a resume, a personal statement, a GMAT score report and two recommendations, applicants must submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities they have attended. A recent TOEFL score no more than two years old, is required of all applicants whose native language is not English or who did not receive a bachelor's or master's degree from a U.S. institution. Recommended application deadlines are August 1 for the fall entry term and December 1 for the spring entry term.
