Program Description:

The Department of Sociology at Oklahoma State University offers a broad spectrum of sociological specialties, theoretical approaches and methodological styles blended into a balanced graduate curriculum with three graduate programs: the Master's of Science in Sociology, the Master's of Science in Sociology with an emphasis in Corrections, and the Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology. The department is large enough to include faculty expertise in several major substantive areas of sociology, yet small enough to generate intimate graduate seminars and primary relationships between faculty and graduate students.
