Program Description:

The department is housed in Agricultural Hall and maintains four additional laboratory facilities staffed with trained technicians along with instrumentation for graduate research. Two faculty have an assignment in the Food and Agricultural Products Center, which has a pilot plant and numerous research labs for food and agricultural products processing. Also available is the USDA-ARS Hydraulic Research Laboratory west of campus including its two professional staff who are adjunct faculty.
