M.S. - Human Nutrition

Program Description:

Nutrition faculty members mentor students and offer research opportunities in nutritional biochemistry, cellular and molecular nutrition, food safety and nutrition education, applied human nutrition and community nutrition. The Department of Human Nutrition offers the Master of Science Degree in Nutrition. An optional dietetic internship is offered in conjunction with the Master of Science program.
