Program Description:

The MBA program is a professional course of study which prepares men and women for career/position changes or advancement by enabling them to develop and apply skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, information technology and quantitative analysis while evolving a particular skill applicable in the business environment (i.e. Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, etc.), focusing on the "whole person" and promoting a sense of community and service. While our MBA students acquire content knowledge through courses, the program is also structured to encourage the development of professional skills recognized as essential in today's business environment, including: interpersonal communication, critical decision making, knowledge management, group organization and development, global business management, and leadership. Our talented and experienced faculty, who encourage new ways of thinking to develop the knowledge and skills you need to be successful. Applications are accepted year round for Spring, Summer and Fall terms.
