Program Description:

The Master of Arts in Communication, Media and Cultural Studies explores media and culture through the research traditions of media and cultural studies. The program engages with the history, theoretical innovations, research methodologies,

It is conceived in response to growing trends and shifts in media culture, as well as to the current and projected need for active citizenship within local and global societies. The program addresses the notion of active citizenship through an interrogation of the relationship between and among media, representation, the public, and culture.
