The doctoral program trains students in three areas of human development: Applied Gerontology, Wellness, and Counselor Education. The Gerontology Graduate Certificate program is a web-based distance education program & is especially valuable to professionals who need more advanced coursework in this area but do not need a masters degree, or those who have a masters but would like more specific training in Gerontology. The Family Financial Planning certificate is a web-based program and has been registered by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
