Niagara University offers an Elementary Education NCATE accredited three semester accelerated program combining a masterÆs degree and New York Certification. This 39 credit hour program leads to initial certification in Early Childhood and Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 6). For individuals from Ontario, the program leads to an interim Certificate of Qualifications to teach the primary and junior grades.
