Program Description:
Since its inception, CLIR has provided graduate education for several hundred individuals. A recent survey ofCLIR alumni working in the human resources and labor relations field found them holding positions such asrecruiter, compensation manager, human resources manager, mediator, labor relations director, vice presidentof human resources and union administrator. They are working in manufacturing, hospitals, banks, insurancecompanies, retail establishments and governmental agencies, among others.
