Program Information
Degree Offered
M.S.- Organizational Change Management, Post Master's Certificate in Organizational Development
Format: Campus
Program Description:
While the role of facilitating organization change has in the past been handed to Organization Development professionals, it is now broadening to also include Human Resources Management professionals and line managers. In fact, a core competency now expected of most middle-to senior-level managers is the ability to create an organizational "culture of flexibility" among his or her work group. The Master of Science degree is intended as a part-time program for students who have a minimum of three years work experience. The program is designed to satisfy the needs of both those with experience in the field of organizational change management who wish to broaden and expand their knowledge base, either as line managers or change consultants, as well as those currently working in or wishing to make a career transition into the change-management profession.
