Program Description:

The M.A. program in anthropology is designed for students who are interested in the traditional sub disciplines of anthropology and in selected areas of applied anthropology. The program is directed both toward students who intend to take a terminal M.A. degree and students who intend to enter a traditional Ph.D. program. A B.A. in anthropology is not required for entry into the program. However, students who lack be required to take these courses or our approved readings course.
