Program Description:

Our department offers the Master of Arts in English with concentrations in four areas: Creative Writing;Literary Studies;Rhetoric and the Teaching of Writing;Technical and Professional Communication;The M.A. normally takes two years of study beyond the bachelor's degree. Most graduate students in the master's program support themselves through teaching assistantships in the department or through paid internships in the Las Cruces community.
