Program Description:

The Department of Industrial Engineering offers graduate work leading to Master of Science in industrial engineering and Doctor of Philosophy with specialization in industrial engineering degrees. Areas of specialization include computer modeling, operations research, and systems engineering, manufacturing systems, quality, and reliability engineering.

International Student Requirements:

International applicants submitting foreign post-secondary level transcripts are required to have their credentials evaluated by a recognized member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES). NMSU requires a comprehensive course by course evaluation. In addition, international students must submit an English language proficiency exam (either TOEFL or IELTS.)
