Program Description:
The Technical Communications Graduate Graduate Certificate prepares students to communicate in rapidly changing technology fields. Students gain skills and knowledge in technical writing and editing, documentation, content management, and web-based training. This Graduate Certificate is primarily suited for professionals who intend to learn/expand their careers as technical writers, editors, trainers, website designers, and documentation specialists. Award of the certificate requires the successful completion of 12 credits with a grade of "B" or better each of the four courses.
