Program Description:
The MA in Counseling is for those wanting a counseling career in such organizations as community agencies, state and private agencies, federal projects, public and private schools and colleges and universities; the program can lead to state certification as a School Counselor. The MA in Educational Psychology is a broad education serving as preparation for entry into doctoral or certification programs for students interested in or already involved in human services. The school psychology program is a 74-credit integrated and sequenced course of study leading to a MA in Educational Psychology and a Professional Diploma in School Psychology. The program's mission is to prepare candidates for the challenges of urban schools.
