Program Description:

The Master of Science in Business Ethics and Compliance is designed for individuals interested in, and aspiring to, careers in regulatory compliance as well as those already in the field who desire advanced skills and knowledge. Students will examine ethics and compliance from multiple perspectives, including regulators and regulatory agencies, governing boards and risk management. Students will learn first-hand what it takes to be a successful Compliance Professional as they lead and work in teams to solve complex ethics and compliance problems. Students will apply theories and principles of ethics, compliance, and business to develop a code of ethics and conduct, a compliance plan, a risk management plan, and other ethics and compliance documents. Students will gain knowledge and expertise in specific areas of interest through analyzing case studies and conducting substantive research.
