Program Description:

The clinical program emphasizes skills in clinical assessment and therapy built upon a foundation of general psychology and research methodology. Various theoretical perspectives are represented with particular attention given to cognitive-behavioral interventions, interpersonal therapy and family therapy approaches. Substantial supervised clinical experience is provided to prepare students to provide services in a variety of mental health settings.
