Program Description:

Selected M.F.A. design candidates are expected to participate in the department's six annual main stage productions encompassing theatre and dance performance as primary designers in the areas of expertise. The degree program culminates in a thesis project, which includes the design of a main stage production chosen in consultation with the faculty; and a written thesis supporting the research and creative processes used to develop and actualize this design.
