The MA in Art Education program with an emphasis in special populations prepares candidates to critically assess and challenge existing art education policies and practices. Because of the program's unique curriculum, candidates gain specific skills and resources to strengthen the learning environment through the use of art for exceptional students including individuals with disabilities, the gifted and the elderly.
