Program Description:

A Distance Education program for professional people in a position to prescribe exercise for health benefit, with the course concentrating on the scientifically validated and clinically relevant health benefits and risks of exercise for all members of the community. The course is directed at; physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical education teachers, exercise scientists, professional physical training instructors from all over the world. All interaction, including assessment, is performed by post, email, or Internet discussion groups.
