Program Description:
The program of study is designed to provide professional training in resource planning activities that include: land use, urban, transportation, recreational, and tourism planning; map design and construction (cartography); mineral resources exploration and evaluation (geology); water resources planning; interpretation of aerial photographs and other remotely sensed imagery (remote sensing); computer-based resource exploration, analysis, and evaluation; and the development of professional resource managers of renewable and nonrenewable natural resources.
