Program Description:

The graduate degree in exercise science with option in exercise physiology prepares students to achieve expert levels in performance assessment and exercise prescription. Primary coursework exposes highlights contemporary theories and applications with emphasis on how to obtain valid physiological assessments of performance. Candidates for the program should possess a bachelor degree in athletic training, exercise science, kinesiology, or comparable field, along with completion of an undergraduate statistics course, or equivalent (e.g., measurement and evaluation).
