Eligibility Requirements:

Official transcripts of all post-secondary work.
Minimum overall grade point average of 3.0 in the last 60 semester hours of course work.
Two recommendation forms to be completed by those who can comment on the applicant's academic and/or career performance and potential.
Mathematics assessment.

Applicants for whom English is a second language must furnish a score of 550 or greater on the paper-based TOEFL or 80 on the Internet examination. Scores may be accepted if the examination was taken within the last five years.
