For qualified students at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Mercer University provides an opportunity to pursue the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree concurrently with the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. The M.B.A. is earned through the Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics. While completing the requirements for the Pharm.D. degree, students enrolled in the combined program take classes in the Stetson School of Business and Economics toward the M.B.A. degree.
The M.B.A. degree is a graduate degree for qualified students interested in the management of human, material and/or financial resources in business, government or non-profit institutions. The degree complements the Pharm.D. degree in a manner that will broaden the occupational and professional opportunities of the prospective graduate in community, industry or institutional practice.
