Program Description:

The Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) degree program at Meharry supports the World Health Organization's definition of health. The MSPH program is committed to training students who seek optimal health for people, and their communities. The program strives to provide unique educational opportunities in public health related professions for promising African-American and other under-represented ethnic minority students. Students gain competencies to work as professionals in the public and private sector and voluntary agencies with special emphases on serving underserved communities.
