Program Description:

Medaille's Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) accelerated program are designed to teach the skills in the classroom that our students will bring to the boardroom. While maintaining a job, our students can attend classes at night to develop and enhance the management and analytical skills necessary to change or advance their career. Our program focuses on solving strategic management problems and enhances students' analytical, interpersonal and decision-making skills. The MBA and MOL are accelerated degrees offered at both our Amherst and Rochester campuses, which can be completed in approximately 22 months or less.

Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school, cumulative grade point average of 2.7 or greater, 2 professional letters of recommendation, 500 word essay, resume and offical copies of all colleges attended and/or military transcripts.

International Student Requirements:

Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate the ability to read, write and understand English and submit evidence of proficiency in English by scoring at least 550 (paper), 80 (Internet-based), or 213 (computer) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
