Program Description:
A fast-paced (ten months) and highly interactive program, designed to accommodate the working professional. As a cohort class, students engage in real-world organizational challenges through diagnostics, interventions, and return-on-investment evaluations. Multidisciplinary faculty members are practitioners who teach from both their academic expertise and their current experience. Graduates are trained to care for the human side of business both within organizations and as independent consultants. Many serve as human resources specialists, helping organizations with employee development, and employee morale and retention.
