Program Description:

The only graduate school program in executive coaching in New England. A 10 month certificate program that provides a rich mix of psychology, business, organizational development, coaching theory, principles and practices and assessment. In the first year of study students gain an exceptionally strong foundation of cutting-edge knowledge. This broad base of knowledge will serve as a springboard to the second year of study when students develop and refine their coaching skills according to their individual needs and interests. Students enter the program in the fall as a cohort composed of professionals from varied disciplines who share the goal of becoming an outstanding executive coach.
