Each year, approximately fifty mid-career scientists and technical managers from public and private organizationsthroughout the world are selected to spend twelve months of intensive study and practice in the principles of strategic technology-based leadership in the MOT Program. Participants are professionals with significant expertise who are poised for, or already in, positions of leadership within their organizations.
