Program Description:
The School of Pharmacy Boston offers a six-year program leading to a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Students follow a curriculum that combines general, specialized, and applied science courses with those in the liberal arts, preparing them for an increasingly visible role on the healthcare team. In addition, required experiential courses provide opportunities to learn while practicing in areas such as ambulatory, community, inpatient medicine and institutional pharmacy, and elective experiences in geriatrics, pediatrics, industry, long-term care, and regulatory agencies.
