Program Description:

Graduates will work as organisational psychologists in consultancies, large companies or government departments in areas such as human resource managament, training, job design, work place and career counselling, rehabilition, and occupational health and safety.

This program aims to produce scientist practitioners of high calibre who are well grounded in theory and practice, and capable of working within a range of organisational roles and of assuming full independent professional responsibility in organisational settings and of maintaining an enquiring research attitude in day-to-day work.

This course is fully accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) and approved by the College of Organisational Psychologists. Students are eligible for registration with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board upon completion of the degree.
