Program Description:

Lynn University's online MEd program in Educational Leadership is designed to provide academic study built by rich field experiences (i.e. within your own clinical laboratory). It develops aspiring educational leaders' abilities to solve problems and lead organizational improvement, including effective ways to support and assist colleagues; enabling future education leaders to learn how to transform organizations into high-performing, continuously improving organizations.

Program objectives for the degree are drawn from the core content identified by the Florida Principal Leadership Standards and theory on educational leadership, and from the collaboration between practitioners and faculty of the department. The program covers the areas of:
