Program Description:

Lewis University's Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Higher Education - Student Services focuses on adult learning models and practices. You will study strategies in maximizing organizational change and establishing mission and direction. As you explore systems and services in higher education you will develop effective team building skills and learn strategies in planning, design, and delivery of student services. This interdisciplinary program combines a keen understanding of human behavior with leadership techniques and progressive management.

This master program will give you the opportunity to take on leadership positions within corporate, government, not-for-profit, and community organizations. You will be able to motivate and inspire your organization with the ability to apply creative and innovative problem solving skills. A part of this multi-dimensional leadership curriculum includes a three day weekend residency near the end of the program.

Academic Admission Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
•Full admission requires 3.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale.
•Provisional admission may be granted for GPA under 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and completion of 9 credit hours in the program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
•24 years of age
