The Nursing Administration Certificate offered by Lewis University is designed for nurses who hold a Master's degree in Nursing, are currently practicing in nursing management, or interested in a future career change to this specialty. The curriculum is designed to enhance administration skills in a variety of settings. The four courses required for this certificate are: Healthcare Fiscal Integrity, Organizational Theory in Healthcare Organizations, Human Resource Management in Healthcare and The Business of Healthcare. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate from the College of Nursing and Health Professions as well as have graduate credit hours posted to an official transcript.
