Program Description:

Founded in 1979 as Computers in Education, the Technology in Education Program attracts a wide range of educators seeking to acquire competency in the continuously changing field of technology. The program has achieved a national reputation for its pioneering role in integrating technology into learning and teaching and has become a blueprint for educational technology graduate programs nationwide. The program is offered in the traditional On-Campus format, face to face intensive weekend format and also online. Program faculty have been involved in the development of curricula and research projects for educational computing funded by the National Science Foundation and other major research and development centers.
