Program Description:

The Master of Arts in Liberal Studies program at Lenoir-Rhyne University provides a unique opportunity for adults who want to challenge themselves intellectually through interdisciplinary study. The program in unique to L-R in that the student will complete a series of core seminars intentionally related to the University’s common learning goals. In addition, the program allows students, with the guidance of a selection committee, to create their own progress of study that goes beyond the scope of a single discipline.
