The Systems Counseling program prepares people who want to be certified as mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists from a systems-based relational perspective.The Consulting and Coaching in Organizations program prepares students to act as change agents in organizations and in consulting, coaching, and management positions. Graduates become proficient in communication, conflict management, contract negotiation, and strategy development.
