Program Description:

The main emphasis of he Master of Arts in History program is oin Nineteenth century social history, which focuses upon the nature ans character of classes, ideas, movements, revolution and regional development, as distinct from purely political, economic and diplomatic history. Various approaches are used in the program, ranging from multidisciplinary research and quantitative analyses to an examination of the relationship of ideas and the milieu from which they emerge.
