Become an executive coach. Establish a career dedicated to coaching leaders to develop high-performing cultures that strengthen business results. Learn to artfully listen and question to assess the client’s strengths, needs, and coach ability. Develop skills needed for observing, recognizing, and intervening for maximum effectiveness. Work independently as a corporate consultant or with upper management in a variety of business settings, including: corporations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and more.
