Program Description:
This Master’s of Science (MS) degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (MIOP) is a terminal professional degree. The curriculum emphasizes the application of concepts and behavioral science methodologies to problems facing the human resource professional today.
The program provides students and working professionals with the opportunity to apply new human resource concepts, knowledge, skills and analytical tools to on-the-job decisions.
To complete the program, students must complete 38 credit hours of coursework.
Program Goals
